At twentythree01 we hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase however we do understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange. You have 14 days to return an item(s).
To be eligible the item should be returned in its original condition, complete with original packaging and tags. You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. twentythree01 will not pay the postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty. Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.
Pop a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, order number, phone number and state whether you would like a refund or exchange in the package so we can identify where it has come from and contact you if necessary.
Please obtain a Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office when returning items to us as we can not be held responsible for items that we do not receive.
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to process any refund due.

PLEASE NOTE all of the following are non refunable due to the nature of which they are ordered, all prints, pom pom wall hangings, metal signs and metal wall hangings.
Lost Parcels
Please notify us if your parcel doesn’t arrive within 10 days of expected delivery date in the UK. Unfortunately if we haven’t been notified within this time period we may be unable to re-send the goods or issue a refund.
